ELECTRIC: is provided in and around the corporation limits. The village receives power through American Municipal Power, a non-profit wholesale power supplier. The power supply is from a diversified resource mix that includes fossil fuels, hydro-electric, wind, landfill gas, and other renewable resources. The power is delivered via a 69kv Toledo Edison transmission line to two 69kv/12470kv substations. Elmore serves 930 meters and utilizes 15 miles of line.

WATER: is supplied by four municipal wells providing the ability to produce 302,000 gallons of soft water per day. The two water storage towers provide 350,000 gallons holding capacity.

SEWER: Waste water is processed through a new oxidation ditch treatment process built in 2014.

The Village Utilities is responsible for the management and operation of village owned electric distribution, the water distribution, and the wastewater distribution systems.
