NOTE: the last sales shall occur no later than 10:30 pm and all cups must be disposed of by 11:00 pm.
DORA participants are expected to follow all the rules of the DORA and maintain
a decorum of good behavior, free of public drunkenness, property destruction, or any action
that disrupts the enjoyment of another participant or disrupts any establishment,
property owner, resident, visitor, passerby or patron within the DORA
You cannot carry a cup into another business location.
Your cup must remain outdoors and within the DORA boundaries.
You cannot enter the premises of an establishment within an outdoor refreshment area while possessing an
opened container of beer or intoxicating liquor acquired elsewhere.
You cannot possess an opened container of beer or intoxicated liquor
while being in or on a motor vehicle within an outdoor refreshment area.
You cannot possess more than one DORA cup at a time.
Your DORA cups must stay within the boundaries indicated below.

Frequently Asked Questions:
I want to refill my DORA cup. Is this allowed?
No. Once the cup has been filled, it cannot be reused. A new cup shall be purchased every time.
Can I take my cup into another establishement?
Used Official Cups must be disposed of before entering any establishment that serves alcohol in the DORA.
Can I put my own alcohol into my DORA cup?
No, you must only have beer, liquor or wine that was purchased at a participating DORA merchant in your DORA cup
Can I take my DORA cup into my vehicle?
No, you can't possess an opened container of beer or intoxicated liquor while
being in or on a motor vehicle within an outdoor refreshment area
My private property is within the DORA. What are my rights?
Private property owners reserve the right to prohibit the consumption of alcohol on their property.
Adequate signage shall be placed and clearly displayed at owner’s expense in order for this rule to be enforced.
