Graduate of Genoa High School, attended Owens College and received an Associate Degree in Law Enforcement achieving Academic Honors. Jeffrey completed the Basic Police Academy at Owens earning awards for marksmanship. Jeffrey was employed as a Patrol Officer in 1995 and promoted to the rank of Sergeant in 2003. Additionally, Jeffrey also serves as the departments firearms instructor, Radar & LIDAR instructor, Jeffrey has completed advanced training programs for Ohio Peace Officer Academy Instructor, First Line Supervision, Internal Affairs, DEA Drug Law Enforcement, Drug Identification & Testing, and Criminal Investigations. Jefferey is a member of the Northwest Ohio Joint Terrorism Task Force and an attendee of the FBI's Great Lakes Leadership program. Jeffrey is an active member of the Ohio Chief of Police Association and serves on the patrolling chief's committee.

Sergeant Laura Condon
Graduate of Bowling Green High School, attending Owens Community College receiving a Associates Degree in Business Management in 2016. Laura then attended the Basic Police Academy at Owens in 2017. Laura was hired by Toledo Metroparks and worked as a Park Ranger. Laura joined the Elmore Police Department in 2019 and worked in the patrol operations division prior to her assignment at Woodmore High School as the school resource officer (SRO). Laura has received advanced training in A.L.i. C. E. instructor and Ohio School Resource Officers Association Basic Training. Laura currently serves as the patrol operations supervisor and is the departments Taser instructor.  .    

Officer Hanna Rice
Graduate of Edison State Community College receiving an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice and has been a member of the Elmore Police department working in patrol operations since 2020. Hanna graduated from the University of Toledo receiving a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Hanna had completed advanced training in OVI patrol operations and is a Senior operator for the BAC Data Master instrument.  Hanna is the recipient of two lifesaving awards for her performance within the Village. 

Officer Nikolaus Psota
Graduate of Highland High School and attended Ashland University receiving a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Nikolaus previously worked at the Central Ohio Youth center as a correctional officer/supervisor. In 2021, Nikolaus was employed as a police officer for Sharon Township (Ohio) police department.  Nickolaus joined the Elmore police department in 2022 and currently is assigned to the Woodmore High School as the school resource officer and is a member of the Ohio School Resource Officers Association.

Officer Michael Welch
Graduate of Rossford High School and attended the University of Toledo studying criminal justice. Michael previously worked for the ProMedica police department as a police officer at Toledo Hospital. Michael is currently assigned to patrol operations.

Officer Matthew Brant
Graduate of Rossford High School and attended Owens Community college studying criminal justice. Matthew previously worked for the Toledo Police Department and the ProMedica police department. Matthew is currently assigned to patrol operations.

AUXILIARY OFFICERS

Officer Barney Spradling 
Graduate of Clay High School, attending Owens College for the Basic Police academy. Barney has served as a Patrol Officer for the Elmore Police Department since 1995. Barney is also a state certified volunteer firefighter and a HAZMAT technician.
