REGARDING CORONOVIRUS (COVID_19)

Effective Wednesday September 28,  2020 : In accordance with the recommendations from the Ohio Department of Health and Governor of Ohio "Stay Safe Ohio" mandate, The Village of Elmore will continue to be limiting access to Town Hall. 

VillageCouncil: 
At this time, Council meetings will continue to meet as scheduled on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month using Zoom Meetings App.  and will be meeting at the Community  Center. Committee meetings will continue to meet on the Tuesday after the first Council meeting  using the same method. All  Council and Committee Meetings  will be held at  7:00 and can be viewed live on Zoom. Call in number is 1-646-558-8656; Meeting ID: 626 535 5271 The Council and Committee Meetings are now being held at the Elmore Community and Senior Center,  Masks will be worn and social distancing will be enforced. 

Utility Payments:
The Utility office will be open Monday - Friday from 8:00 till 4:00. In person utility payments can be made at that time. All utility payments will also be accepted accordingly:

  • By mail to: PO Box 1, Elmore Oh. 43416
  • Via the drop box next to the Police Station entrance at 344 Rice St.
  • Credit card payments can be made using the Village website

If there are any questions related to your utility bills, please call the office between 8:00 and 4:00, Mon. – Fri. and speak to Utility Clerk Gretchen Densic at 419—862-3454. Email address is elmoreutil@amplex.net 

Water/Sewer/Electric Concerns:

Zoning:
All zoning inquiries should be directed to Dave Hower at 419-862-2667 during regular business hours or via email at dhower@village.elmore.oh.us . 

Police:
 Access to the Police station will be available 24 hours, 7 days a week. In case of an emergency, dial 911. All other inquires can be reached at the non emergency number of 419-862-3980. Chief Harrison email: jharrison@village.elmore.oh.us 

The Community Center: 
Is available for rental at a 50% capacity of 35 people. It is the responsibility of the individuals renting the hall to practice CDC and Stay Safe Ohio recommendation of masking when unable to perform social distancing.
