REGARDING CORONOVIRUS (COVID_19)
Effective Monday, March 16, 2020: In accordance with the recommendations from the Ohio Department of Health and Governor of Ohio, The Village of Elmore will be limiting access to Town Hall until April 10, 2020. In-person meetings are by appointment only. Only individuals with a scheduled meeting will be allowed in.  Village business during this time will be conducted in the following manner:
Town Council:
At this time, Council meetings will continue to meet as scheduled on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month. Committee meetings will continue to meet on the Tuesday after the first Council meeting. Both will be able to be attended by the public.

Utility Payments:
All utility payments will be accepted accordingly:
  • By mail to: PO Box 3, Elmore Oh. 43416
  • Via the drop box next to the Police Station entrance at 344 Rice St.
  • Credit card payments can be made using the Village website: https://village.elmore.oh.us/the_village/village_utilities/index.php
If there are any questions related to your utility bills, please call the office between 8:00 and 4:00, Mon. – Fri. and speak to Utility Clerk Gretchen Densic at 419—862-3454. Email address is elmoreutil@amplex.net

Water/Sewer/Electric Concerns:

Zoning:
All zoning inquiries should be directed to Steve Holland at 419-574-1589 during regular business hours.

Police:
In case of an emergency, dial 911. All other inquires can be reached at the nonemergency number of 419-862-3980. Chief Harrison email: jharrison@village.elmore.oh.us

All Other Inquires:
Please call the Village office during regular business hours at 419-862-3362.
